If you provide personal data to us as a job applicant, employer or client, we will store and process this information in accordance with this privacy statement, unless indicated otherwise. We will always process your data with due observance of the General Data Protection Regulation and other applicable regulations with regard to the protection of personal data.

4. Why we collect personal data
We collect and process your data for the performance of our services, such as: placement and secondment, recruitment and selection, job coaching, HR consulting, the sickness absence policy, outplacement, payrolling, and salary administration.
To be more specific, we process your personal data:
- to be able to make you offers and/or provide information about our services and further tailor these to your requirements and qualities;
- to approach you for commercial offers, newsletters and promotions that might be of interest to you, only if you have registered for this (opt-in);
- to be able to assess your suitability and availability in connection with intermediary services geared towards permanent or temporary employment or an assignment, which may include the use of results, reference checks (whether by engaging third parties or otherwise), etc.;
- to enter into and maintain an employee or staffing/ intermediary relationship with you and to conduct the administration relevant for this purpose;
- to meet our rehabilitation obligations and to provide work for people with (to a different extent) poor job prospects;
- to record an assignment at the client in an agreement with the client and to maintain and fulfil the agreement with the client;
- to enhance your personal development and employability, including training, courses, and testing;
- for management purposes including management information, carrying out internal checks and occupational safety and carrying out internal audits and accounting audits;
- for quality purposes such as certification;
- to apply for subsidies, premium reductions and suchlike;
- if we have entered into an employee or staffing/intermediary relationship with you, for compliance with legislation and regulations, including but not limited to identification, labour legislation, tax and social security legislation, combatting fraud, and national and international sanctions legislation.
We process your personal data on the basis of one or more of the following grounds:

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling, nor are you under any obligation to share personal data with us. However, this may result in our being unable to offer you our best services.
5. Which data of you we collect
You are personally responsible for the accuracy and relevance of the data you provide to us. More specific, the following personal data is processed insofar as relevant and necessary: name and address details (name, address, town/city), email address, telephone number, nationality, date and place of birth, gender, civil status, curriculum vitae (cv), work experience, clothing sizes for work clothing, bank account number, health insurance policy or client number, training course and education details, (copies of) certificates, references, (copy of) passport photo, (copy of) proof of ID, citizen service number (Dutch BSN), (copy of) work permit, (copy of) employment agreement, (copy of) residence permit, (copy of) Declaration of Independent Contractor Status (Dutch VAR), your height, and any allergies and/or fear of heights.
The following personal data of our clients and business relations is processed: (business) name and address details (name, address, place of business or town/city), email address, details necessary for maintaining the relationship, position and contact details.
We can pass on your personal data to (potential) clients and relations, suppliers (e.g. educational institutes), audit bodies, government bodies, subcontractors and to businesses and/or persons we have engaged for the performance of certain duties (including processors). We do this if it is necessary for achieving the purposes referred to in this privacy statement. In addition, we can provide your personal data to third parties if we are entitled or obliged to do so pursuant to applicable legislation and/or regulations or a court order or a judgment, or as the case may be we have obtained your consent for this.
6. Special personal data
We only process special personal data if this is necessary for meeting our legal obligations, insofar as explicit consent has been given, or insofar as this is otherwise allowed under or pursuant to the law. ‘Special personal data’ are taken to mean data concerning racial origin, religion or beliefs, political opinion, health status, sex life, trade union membership, criminal personal data and/or personal data about wrongful or objectionable behaviour.
7. How long your data is retained
We do not retain your personal data longer than is necessary for the purposes for which this data was collected and observe the laws and regulations in this regard. From time to time, we check whether the personal data still needs to be retained.
8. Security and confidentiality
We consider it important that your personal data is adequately protected. When applicable, the personal data is only transferred to countries outside the European Union if these countries offer, in conformity with the relevant legislation, an appropriate level of protection for the processing of personal data, for example, the US/EU Privacy Shield, if the transfer is necessary, and if one of the grounds referred to in this agreement offers this possibility.
9. Access, correction or removal
You have the right to access the personal data we have of you both in the personnel and absenteeism file, and you can ask us to correct, revise or remove and/or block completely the personal data you have provided to us. If a processing operation is based on your consent, you are entitled to withdraw this consent at any time (without retroactive effect). You are also entitled to request a data export of your personal data, to object to the processing of your personal data (if substantiated), request a restriction of the processing of your personal data (also if substantiated) and to lodge a complaint with a relevant privacy supervisor (the Dutch Data Protection Authority in the Netherlands).
