If you work through us, you build up free days. If you want to take up hours, first consult the client. If they agree, you can submit your free hours / days via info@duijndamuitzendgroep.nl . Mention your name, the date you want to take free and the number of hours you want to take up. We must be informed about free days latest by Friday the previous week.

You must report being sick to both the client and us at least 1 hour before your work time starts and in any other case, before 10 am. For sick reports, we can be contacted via telephone Monday through Friday from 5am. For any other cases, we are available Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 17:30am. We do not process sickness reports via e-mail, WhatsApp or SMS. You can read everything about reporting being sick in the absence protocol, which is a part of our personnel guide.
